The North Branch Flyfishing Club is an organization that is dedicated to fly casting, rod-building, fly tying, conservation and, of course, fly fishing.
For more than 25 years the North Branch Club has been Northwest Ohio’s premier organization for fly fishing enthusiasts and introducing newcomers to this amazing pastime. Experienced flyfishers, newcomers to the sport, and those new to Ohio will find a home in the NBB. The club offers a wide range of activities and educational opportunities. If you want to learn to build a rod, or cast better, we can show you how. If you’re interested in fly tying, we have beginner and intermediate instruction. If you want to hear from notable experts, the monthly meeting typically features a guest speaker. If you want to share your knowledge with others, the club provides a venue for that. If you just plain want to fish, the club offers a variety of outings throughout the year. And, as you might imagine, there’s no shortage of fishing stories.
In joining the club, you will have the ability to meet new people with an outstanding common interest, in a venue that promotes youth and adult education, conservation, and unlimited friendships
In addition, the club’s members come together each spring to present the North Branch Flyfishing Clubs Annual Banquet. The Banquet has made it possible for the NBB to channel thousands of dollars to habitat restoration, conservation and education programs across the state of Ohio, Michigan, and throughout the U.S.
